JDisc Discovery detects now Windows FeaturesDear JDisc friends,

I would like to talk a bit about a new feature that has been requested by many users. JDisc Discovery is going to get the list of enabled Windows server features. Additionally, it gets the for client computers the so called “optional features”.

The new features is part of the JDisc Discovery core product. If you’re not interested in Windows server features, then you might disable the data collection similar to all other data collections. And of course, Windows features can be queried for an individual device as well as a statistics for all devices. Furthermore, there is a new entry within the custom reports section.
