Track 4: Reporting
JDisc Discovery offers comprehensive reporting. Besides various standard reports, you can configure and generate your own reports by choosing the relevant reporting attributes and information.
Display device details
This video explains the device details dialog. The device details dialog displays all information that has been collected for a particular device.
Scheduled export of reports
Almost all reports can be scheduled to be exported automatically as a Microsoft Excel or CSV file. This allows you to share up-to-date information with other departments.
Manage Report Export Jobs
This video explains how to manage scheduled report export jobs. You can change single jobs, delete them or change storage locations.
Custom Reports
This video demonstrates how to define your own custom reports and how to define restrictions on selected attributes. These report definitions can be stored persistently and be re-used as often as wanted.
